Your Geissele.com Account

To place orders you must first create an account with geissele.com. Select "My Account" at the top-right of any page and fill out the appropriate information after selecting "Create an Account." To view your order, log in with your account and select "My Orders" from the left-hand menu. You may also view any pending orders by selecting "My Cart." Updating your account information is easy. Log in to your geissele.com account and click the “person/account” icon.  This is located in the upper right portion of the screen, to the left of the checkout cart icon. You may then edit the information pertaining to your account.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

  • We are committed to providing you with exceptional products at competitive prices. As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver the best value to our customers, we occasionally offer sale prices on selected items. Sale prices listed may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • Pricing of items at Geissele.com is subject to change without notice. 
  • We do not accept payment by money-order, cash, or check.  If an order request is mailed to us containing a money-order, cash, or check, it will be refused and sent back.

Geissele Webstore Sales & Promotions

  • Sale pricing is valid for in stock items during the sale dates only. We do not do any rain checks or backorders during a sale. The discount offer during the sale is only valid while in stock supplies last.  
  • Sale pricing is not valid for orders placed before or after a sale.
  • Sale prices listed may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Coupon codes may be disabled during a sale period. You cannot use other promotions, discounts, or coupons during a sale period.
  • Sale Pricing is valid for Web orders placed directly through Geissele.com, and not eligible under dealer status or dealer pricing.  Any orders placed by Resellers / Dealers will be processed the same as regular web orders and taxed per standard web orders.
  • We do not offer phone orders during a sale. Web order is the only way to take advantage of sale pricing. There is no exception.
  • We cannot make any item substitutions.   
  • If you would like to change an item in your order, you will need to cancel your entire order and replace it.
  • There are no guarantees that we will have something in stock if asked.  In the time it takes you to ask, the item may be sold out. 
  • Your shopping cart doesn’t reserve any items.  Items are only reserved when the checkout process is complete. 
  • We do not price match any other vendors.
  • We are not able to combine orders.  If you place multiple orders they will be shipped separately.
  • Please also note that in an effort to ship as quickly as possible, products sold during a sale may come packaged in non-retail, bulk style packaging at our discretion.
  • Our Shipping team works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible until we have all orders out the door.  Please know if you request to cancel your order it may ship before the cancelation request has been processed.  We will do our best to process your request sooner but please allow at least 48 hours for a cancelation request to be processed.  If we are unable to process your cancelation request before your order has shipped you may return it to us per our standard returns policies.
  • Due to the extremely high volume of orders received and processed over a sale period it may take additional time for your order to ship.  In order to complete the checkout process you have to acknowledge that you understand and agree with this.
  • Your order will not be charged until it is shipped.
  • Sales taxes will be applied in accordance with the law of the applicable state, regardless of any discount that you may receive during the sale.
  • Geissele’s sales and promotions are only valid in the U.S. and may be limited per a particular state’s laws.
  • Geissele reserves the right to modify its prices, including any sale prices, at any time.
  • Geissele reserves the right to refuse any sale at its discretion.

Understand combat and Fraud

Geissele Automatics is aware of multiple fraudulent websites that are using our trademarks. Geissele Automatics only accepts credit and debit cards as a payment towards your purchase. We do not accept payment by money-order, cash or check. Additionally we will never ask for Zelle, PayPal or any variation of cryptocurrency. We will never ask for and we will not accept credit card information through email.
Our legal team works to take action against any scam sites using our branding we come across but you too can take action to combat these thieves.

  • Scam artists defraud millions of people each year by tricking people into sending money or giving out personal information.
  • Report scams to your local government by reporting the scam to your state consumer protection office. If you lost money or other possessions in a scam, report it to your local police too.
  • You can report scams to the federal government. Your report may keep others from experiencing a scam. Government agencies use reports of scams to track scam patterns. They may even take legal action against a company or industry based on the reports. However, agencies don’t follow up after you report, and can't recover lost money.
  • Do not use the contact information included in scam messages. Use verified contact information in USA.gov's federal agency directory to report other government imposters.
  • Report fake websites to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Some online scams start outside the United States. If you have been affected by an international scam, report it through econsumer.gov. Your report helps international consumer protection offices spot trends and prevent scams.
  • If you used your credit card or bank account to pay a scammer, report it to the card issuer or bank. Also report scams to the major credit reporting agencies. Place a fraud alert on your credit report to prevent someone from opening credit accounts in your name.
  • The Department of Justice (DOJ) can show you where to report internet or intellectual property crimes.
