Agreement to the Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”) agree unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

Tickets: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Laws: The Sweepstakes, all entries, the drawing, and the awarding of a prize are each subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and taxes. You are fully responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and taxes. Sponsor will not withhold any sums for taxes of any kind. The Sweepstakes are void where prohibited or restricted and prizes may be re-awarded to an entrant in a jurisdiction where the prize or Sweepstakes is not prohibited or restricted.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of September 20, 2026 and who have a valid form of identification. State and Federal laws apply, void where prohibited or restricted by law. Please check with all local laws before entering the Sweepstakes. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington should carefully investigate their local laws as there may be prohibitions in these jurisdictions against commonly owned semi-automatic firearms. No prizes will be awarded in violation of local laws. If the Sweepstakes involve a firearm, You must be able to legally purchase and possess a firearm in your jurisdiction, including passing a FFL/background check. Firearms awarded as prizes will be distributed through licensed FFL dealers and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local laws. The Winner must provide an FFL to whom the Sponsor can transfer the firearm. Winner must successfully complete Federal Form 4473 and background check prior to receiving the prize. The person whose name is on the entry will be the only person who can claim the firearm won for that entry. Sponsor is not responsible if You win a firearm that is illegal in your area. If You win a firearm that is illegal in your jurisdiction or You are otherwise unable to claim your prize, You will forfeit your prize and no substitution will be provided. Sponsor will re-draw from the remaining entrants in the Sweepstakes. By obtaining a ticket You attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, agree to use the firearm only in a legal and safe manner and will, or have already obtained, instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm won. Winner assumes all responsibility for safe and lawful usage and secure storage of the firearm. Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertisers and Promotors (including MDT, Venture, Vortex and Huberwerks) and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

How to Enter: Enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period online by signing into the entry form and perform the tasks provided. The entry form can be found on the following website: https://gleam.io/48GOC/geissele-x-delta34-giveaway. All required information/fields on the official entry form must be fully and accurately completed or the entry will be voided. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/promotion subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth in these Rules. All entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a package of gear as described on the contest page above. The Package has a combined approximate retail value or “ARV” of $3,736.00. Winner shall be solely responsible for any income tax liability or other fees or costs of transfer including background check. The specifics of the Package shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. The prize cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor is awarding the prize on an “AS-IS” basis without warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind express or implied (including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, appearance, safety, or performance). Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. The Prize will only be delivered to an FFL within the winner’s home state. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all prize-related expenses, including all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges due for an awarded prize. Failure to comply with these Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or modify the prize to comply with any and all laws for the Winner’s jurisdiction. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Drawing: The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree: a) to be bound by these Rules; b) that winning is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements of these Rules; and c) that the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification: The winner will be notified by phone call and/or email at the phone number or email address provided in the Entry Information within 5 days after the random drawing. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as may be required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Failure to comply with the requirements of these Rules may result, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to a prize, in which case the prize may be awarded to an alternate by random drawing.

E-Mail Address: In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the submitted e-mail address at the time of entry, provided the person meets the eligibility requirements (proof thereof may be required of a winner). The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal information submitted as part of the Promotion may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. Rights Granted by Entry: By entering Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering the Sweepstakes, you shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geissele Automatics from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Geissele Automatics may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

Release: By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and winner, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, agrees to: (a) defend, release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, all Promoters and prize providers, and the foregoing companies’ past and present officers, directors, managers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all actions, claims, expenses and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind (including but not limited to negligence and damages caused by any disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death or personal injury, or any other legal theory) arising out of or relating, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, to or from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or the entrant’s acceptance, possession, improper or unsecure storage, or use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (b) release from any liability the Released Parties in connection with (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of a ticket.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification.

Additional Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that rule. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors, incorrect or inaccurate registration information, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

Limitations and Liability, Choice of Forum, and Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, related to, or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the State or Federal courts located in or for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania or the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, special, incidental and/or consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., the costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Each party hereby waives and covenants not to assert any claim that is not subject to personal jurisdiction in those courts or that venue in those courts is for any reason improper, inconvenient, prejudicial or otherwise inappropriate (including, without limitation, any claim under the judicial doctrine of forum non conveniens).

Indemnification and Defense: By entering the Sweepstakes You agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless Geissele Automatics and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

Entire Agreement: These Rules supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.

Social Media/Social Networks: The Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes and that Sponsor does not provide that information to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks however those social networks, like all social networks, may attempt to obtain or retain your information through their own pages or accounts.
