Geissele Automatics Cut Rifle Barrel Blanks are precision-manufactured to deliver extremely consistent accuracy for the most demanding precision shooters and hunters. 

These Cut Rifle Barrel Blanks utilize high quality stainless steel made to Geissele’s unique specification. The blanks go through a honing process that fixes any potential out of round conditions and helps shape the bore to a more precise size. After honing, blanks are air gauged and bore scoped to inspect the bore quality.

To deliver the highest level of quality and consistency, Geissele’s proprietary cut rifling machines are designed and manufactured in-house along with all tooling to provide industry-leading cut rifling in each barrel blank. Every blank is again air gauged and bore scoped after cut rifling to inspect the grooves. Each barrel is then hand lapped to provide an even polish to the bore, further enhancing accuracy.
