A Super Compact gas block is installed with the ultra-resilient Bombproofing method, and feeds a Mag-Phos coated Geissele Bolt Carrier Group. The innovative and exclusive skeletonized MK20 rail provides a sturdy mounting platform for accessories, while being one of the lightest rails available for the AR15 platform. By significantly reducing mass of the rail, the rifle becomes extremely balanced and ideal for patrol use. A Super 42 braided buffer spring provides the balanced gassing and shooting experience Geissele rifles are known for.

The rifle sports an ambidextrous Geissele Government Charging Handle, with low-profile levers that reduce snagging on gear or when moving in and out of vehicles. The rifle also comes standard with the ALG Defense Advanced Combat Trigger. ALG coats the trigger in nickel-boron and the hammer and disconnector in nickel-teflon, which provides long-lasting corrosion resistance and a single stage pull smoother than a mil-spec trigger.
