Geissele Automatics Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States by United Parcel Service.

Sorry, but we cannot ship to Post Office boxes. If you live in an apartment, you MUST give us your apartment number in your mailing address.

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the most current shipping rates. Sales tax is automatically added at checkout.

Expedited shipping (2nd Day, Next Day, etc.) is only available Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not available for expedited shipping.  Please note expedited shipping options apply to the carrier service and not the order processing time prior to shipment.  If your order includes a product that is on backorder, you will only have basic ground shipping as an option unless it contains a Super Duty Pistol. 

All Super Duty Pistol orders can only be placed with either UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air.

We do not offer the option to combine multiple orders into one shipment.  If you place separate orders they will each ship separately.

NOTICE: We do not sell or ship our products outside of the Continental United States. Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls, prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). We are unable to ship these items to foreign addresses, including APO/FPO addresses for deployed service members.

The Super Select-Fire (SSF) Trigger and any technical data related to its design, development, production, manufacture, assembly, operation, repair, testing, maintenance or modification is controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130, and may not be exported to a Foreign Person, either in the U.S. or abroad, without a license or exemption from the U.S. Department of State.


Non-Firearm Returns & Replacements Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item for a refund or credit towards your next purchase within one year of purchase. After one year, these items are ineligible for a return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges are ONLY eligible for orders directly purchased through our Webstore or by phone order.  Return or exchange requests of product not purchased directly from us will be refused.

All return or exchange requests must be set up with our Customer Service team via email at [email protected] or through our customer support portal on our web store.  If the request has not been set up through our Customer Service team prior to sending it in, your package will be refused and returned to sender.

If you are approved to send in a return for an exchange and there is a price difference requiring additional payment, please do not send check, money order, or cash with your package.  If payment is needed this will be arranged over the phone by one of our Customer Service reps by credit or debit card only.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and they must not have been installed, they must be unused, undamaged, and they must be returned in their original packaging materials.

Returns and exchanges will be valued at the price from the original purchase. All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for payment from the original order.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original order price.

Items returned more than 30 days after they were purchased are eligible for a credit towards another purchase minus a 25% restocking and handling fee.  They are not eligible towards a refund after 30 days of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In any situation where the return is initiated because an item is defective or the wrong item is received, then we are happy to pay for the return shipping.  In cases where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer covers the return shipping.  Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion.

Firearms Returns & Exchange Policy

A firearm is not eligible for return or exchange after it has been transferred at an FFL via a completed form 4473. We will only accept a return or exchange if the firearm has not been opened or fired and all packaging is in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Any returned firearms must have been purchased direct from Geissele Automatics, unfired, unused and in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to be eligible for a return or an exchange. This includes packaging materials and accessories.

Firearm Returns must be authorized by Geissele Automatics via our RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) process. A firearm sent to us outside of our RMA process will be refused. All return inquiries or requests must be conducted via email at [email protected]

While the firearm is still in the possession of the FFL dealer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before picking up the firearm from your dealer.  Once it has been transferred to you from the FFL, the firearm is covered under our warranty, but it is no longer eligible for a return or an exchange.


Clothing and Apparel Returns & Exchange Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on apparel shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, these items are ineligible for a return or exchange. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have tags attached and / or be in original packaging if packaged individually.

Geissele Automatics cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. 

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original product price -- shipping and handling charges in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Geissele Automatics.

All exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for payment.

All return shipping and handling charges are paid for by the customer and they are non refundable.
